On what basis that we need to consider when to decide setting of eddy viscosity value? For default value I use 1.0 E-05.
For example:
1) air flow in the HVAC duct vent
2) exhaust gas flow in the exhaust pipe

Instead of giving eddy viscosity value, you could also give the input parameters by intensity and length scales.
1e-5 corresponds to low level of turbulence.
