Hi,

I'm trying to do meshing in cluster. But, it cannot run and below error mentioned in MeshSim.txt file.

What could be the problem?

acuMeshSim: *** ASSERTION in Function <amsExtractGeomSets> File <amsSim.cpp> Line <140>

acuMeshSim: *** The model has zero faces

This error generally means that you are using different versions of the code on the machine that generated the input and the machine on which you are trying to run the mesher.  Make sure you are using consistent versions on both machines.

Means that if the input generated in windows then the mesher cannot be run in the linux environment?

Generally Mesher can be run with files generated from Windows in Linux and the other way round.

However one has to be careful about the version number (including the hotfix).

It is possible that you are using  AcuSolve with Hotfix (acusolve13.0.301_hotfix) on Windows and maybe 13.0 without hotfix on Linux?

Please ensure that the exact versions of software are used on both Windows and Linux  machines.
