Why do I always get the "Error creating new process" error when attempting to create a flexible body in a model?

Every time I try to create a flexible body in a model the error "Error creating new process" pops up. For example I will add a very simple model of two cubes in contact, one is grounded, the other I attempt to make flexible without success.

 

Note: I tried re-installing the software but the error didn't go away.

Hi Alex,

The issue looks to come from the names you have given the parts.

When "cube:1" is renamed to "cube1", the error disappears on my end.

Please try removing special characters from the name and try to create the flexible body again.
