Can the export block export strings?

I attempted to use the export block to export a .csv file with the string returned by the QR code scanner and the data collected by the sensor, for example, the temperature of ABC001 is 30°C. It seems that the export block does not support exporting non-numeric data. Is there another method to achieve this? Thank you.

Unfortunately, the export block cannot export non-numeric strings; however, it is a very good suggestion and we will add it to the list of new features to evaluate for implementation in a future release.
