    could you double check if the license file is in the correct location, and the license file has the correct name?

    sometimes windows hides the .dat extension and the files is renamed as altair_lic.dat.dat.

     

    Also, for Student versions, usually the license is saved as altair_lic.dat and saved in the 'security' folder, in the installation directory.

    Hi

    Can you once check whether the Ethernet ID of your machine matches the Ethernet ID in the license file? Or else can you run ipconfig/all in the command window and send the output here?
