Do I have to create a beam cross section after using PBEAML card image?

I am analysing a 1D L section beam under bending load. So for that I'll create a PBEAML card image property and directly input the dimensions of L section. So, do I have to create a beam cross section after that by going into hyperbeam panel and update the property?

if you're using the PBEAML you don't need anything else for your model to work.

The only reason that you would need it is in case you wanted to check visually the beam section.
