Difference bwteeen "ValueIterators" and "ValueSubgroupIterator"

Hi,

I am not the main difference between the two operators "ValueIterators" and "ValueSubgroupIterator". Both are for processing by groups. But whats the difference?

Oh, is it the number of cases are different? Like "ValueIterators" takes all the examplesets in each iteration whereas the "ValueSubgroupIterator" takes the number of examplesets corresponding to that group only?
