"Sentiment Analysis for QlikView"

I watched the video and tried to used the rapidminer modules, but rapidminer doesn't process the data. Using an xml file crashes the program and reading in from an access db has also been unsuccessful.

Is there anoy tutorial videos or documentation on running sentiment on a local file dataset?
