How can I use the HPC cluster of altair? Is it available for its customer for free of cost? which license is required for the same?

The best thing to do is to get in touch with your local Altair representative to get quotations for using the cloud clusters.
I remember there was a trial access as well, for testing purposes. Not sure if this is still valid.
