With direct solver how do I set up to solve a transient solution in a steady state without experiencing the spike in the results from an initial state

This condition can occur in the following cases:
-
With magnets and coil conductors
-
With magnets and regions with resistivity
Below is an example of curves obtained on a dynamo device. The flux is set by magnets on the rotor.
The voltage induced in the coils is measured on a resistance:
A spike is seen on the graph on the right because the variation of flux in the coils between scratch (no flux) and the first time step (flux due to magnets) is very large. To prevent this phenomenon, you should checkmark the option "initialised by static computation" under "New Computation" on the definition of time data screen that appears when starting to solve.
