PSBios library file format

Question: The PsBios library currently generated in COFF format. Would it be possible to generate it as an EABI library? What are changes need to be done in order to make it possible?

Answer: PSbios libraries are in COFF format, plus SimCoder generated code, and related link files use COFF format, too. Customers cannot change PSbios libraries to EABI format.

As more and more people move from COFF to EABI, we will consider supporting EABI in future.
