How to find loading condition when displacement is known

A brief description about the project:
 
There is a clip which should passes through the sheet metal slot. The clip is made of plastic. We are looking for the the required force
Case#1 straight installation force
Case#2 Straight removal force
 
Which means that the displacement is known and We are looking for the required force
 
Unloaded condition of clip (Below is the initial state, before clip is deflected as it passes through the sheet metal slot)

Case#1
The leafscreen is pressed into the sheet metal so that the barb of the clip passes through the slot.  Need to know max load for clip to deflect and slip into sheet metal slot for all iterations.

    You need to request the SPC forces when you run the simulation.  The SPC force output will give you the forces required to produce the displacements you prescribed.  You can refer to the OptiStruct documentation for a complete explanation of the SPCFORCE request.
