it seems like your mesh is not good enough and it is distorted.
Is it a linear or nonlinear loadcase? If it is a NL case and you have some contacts it might be related to some penetrations and it might be related to some distortionss during the process.
If it is linear, then your mesh is distorted and you need to use HM check elements tool to find the issues and correct them.
Depending on the distortion, you could include PARAM,CHECKEL,NO to bypass some of the element errors, BUT having in mind that this is not the best approach, as your results will be questionalbe.
