Hi:
 
We have a license: 43192 - AU Mechanical Engineer
We received the following error message:
 
ERROR : 21.0 Feature Radioss or HWRadioss not found on the license file
 
Could you please let me know what caused the error?
The license does support 21.0 Feature Radioss or HWRadio?

    Hi Hong Liu,

     

    i think the best way here is to get in touch with your Altair representative/office, who was the person who generated your license.
