Compressive test with LAW25

Dear all, I try to use LAW25 to simulate a compressive test. but in Material noly Yield stress in compression direction will be defined.

my question is how to use LAW25 to simulate compressive test, should I add failure model with Law25?

Hi

I think this is related to the other post you did.

You can have failure directly into the  /MAT/LAW25, or in another way, select /FAIL and associate to the material .
