Reinforcement with laminate

Hello, I want to reinforce a component (PA66GF40) with laminate(TEPEX RG600). I have simulated the component with difference loading. How should I determine the location and number of layers of reinforced Laminate in the component. Should it depend on maximum stress or strain or other methods?

    Maybe you can use OptiStruct to estimate the number and location of reinforcement.
