I am facing the issue when I trying to open HM 17. Please find image below.

If it was working previously and this just started happening, then it is likely a corrupt settings file, follow the instructions in the how to delete settings files 'most viewed' post and see if that gets you back to a working state.

If it has never worked, it may be an incomplete or corrupt installation.
