Mass limit reached

Hi I'm facing an error of mass limit reached and identified it's causing by type 7 contact I've checked the time step it's correct don't know why it's causing this error tried changing the parameters as requested in previous questions still not resolved. Please help

there's no much information here to help you.

 

But depending on your type7 configurations, maybe the contact forces are too high, and then your elements are getting severely distorted, causing the characteristic length to reduce drastically, thus, forcing Radioss to add mass to these nodes to compensate and try to keep the timestep control that youhave enforced.

I believe there are some formulations for the properties that avoid a little bit these severe distortions, but considering reviewing your model around these elements (they are probably listed in the .out file)
