Weld certification director - problems

Hello:

I have installed the Weld Certification Director package: it appears on the Hypermesh interface, but when I click there, it doesn't matter anything (you can't see the options). I have followed the recomendations of the Installation guide for 2020.1 release.

Could anybody help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi Juan,

Can you let us know what HyperWorks packages you have installed, and what kind of software license you have? Additionally can you also provide us the Hardware and software information on your system. You can find that by going to Updates and System Information. You can post both tabs.

I want to make sure you have all the necessary things to run Weld Certification Director.
