Raising a request to reset my quiz attempts

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have had 3 unsuccessful attempts at my certification course of CFD with Altair AcuSolve and Altair SimLab Basic Examination 3rd Module. 

I have completed tutorials again and am willing to take up the examinations again. 

Could you please reset my quiz attempts?
