Thermal analysis contact problem

Dear all,

I want to perform a transient thermal analysis with different components.

I created the Set Segments (card image SURF) on all the surfaces in contact and I set contacts as FREEZE between these "set".
It works well for all the components except for one, in which the temperature does not transfer (it is like adiabatic).
Do you have any idea why? how I can check the contact?

can you check:

- search distance in this particular contact (SRCHDIS)

- adding CLEARANCE = 0.0 to your thermal contact.
