Introduction to PSIM Level 2 MOSFET & Comparison with SPICE

In this tutorial video, we introduce the LEVEL 2 MOSFET that was included with PSIM v10. Using the C2M0280120D SiC MOSFET from Cree as a case study we extract the parameters from the datasheet and compare our simulation results with LTspice.
