Create a Customized Dialog Using a Python Script

The SimLab user interface can be tailored by creating a customized dialog that is linked to a Python script. From the SimLab menu bar, navigate to Advanced > UI customization to create the customized dialog. The input entered in the dialog is passed to the Python script which is then executed.

For documentation related to custom GUI creation:

  1. Open SimLab.
  2. Open the user help by clicking F1.
  3. Navigate to  Advanced > How to create custom GUI?
