In order to serve a latest version server license file you need the Altair License Manager of your server machine to the latest version 15.2.

In order to do so, kindly provide the following guide to your IT department:
KB0119877 : Upgrading to Altair License Manager Version 15.2 on Windows

Last but not least, do not forget to restart the Altair License Server from the Services.
