This video introduces PSIM's embedded code generation for the Delfino F2837x DSP from Texas Instruments using the LaunchXL-F28379D. The workflow presented in this video is applicable to all other embedded targets that PSIM supports. Learn to:

- setup the embedded code gen simulation

- generate a complimentary pair PWM waveform

- import the project into CCS

- load the program

- modify the program

- setup SCI communications and connect with the PSIM DSP Oscilloscope

- control the duty cycle from the SCI

i am trying to run the available example of pwm generation. But i get an error message.

    Error Message:
    Element: VP Name: VpwmA
Error: The voltage probe VpwmA has one node floating!

i cannot find the floating node. tried multiple ways to check. but no solution.

Are the code gen elements enabled in your circuit? What version are you using? Please post a screen shot of your circuit.

    I am using PSIM 2024

    Hi,

This means you don't have the code gen elements enabled on your license. if you are using the free student license you won't be able to use them. If you want to use the code gen you'll need to get a full license. If you have a full license you can check here to enable the code gen features

    then check the boxes.
