Altair university account

Hello sir / Mam, I already have created an account at Altair University. When I trying to login it shows me like this, I tried many times but it shows me your registration for this learning and certification system is yet to be approved. Could you solve my issue, please?

Thank you for your interest and registering into the Altair University Learning and Certification Program,

We see that you have used a non-official email ID to register,

We request you to kindly register using your official university or company email address, email addresses from gmail, yahoo etc are not allowed.

In case your Institution / organization does not provide you a university email ID, 

1. please request for the student edition here if not done so already - https://studentedition.altair.com/ with your gmail account or any such account...
2. and include a photo of your current university ID card,
3. once this is approved write to us and let us know the student edition was approved,
4. then your course account will be approved as well.

 

by the way this is mentioned in the certification login / create new account page as well ...
