When creating force outputs on components like Bodies. There is an option to export the loads acting on the components at defined timesteps. This can be exported either as a readable text file or as a Nastran file for FEA analysis. This is the Load Export Tool found in the Flex Tools menu in MotionView. The attached video goes over the process.
