Model Rotating through Middle Mouse button (Wheel) is not working

If Model view is not rotating when using the Middle Mouse Button in SimLab, it can be probably related to a wrong configuration of the Mouse Buttons in Windows.

Please ensure that the function "Middle Button", and not AutoScroll or similar, is assigned to the Mouse wheel.
