Looks like it is a large strain problem,
Can you try with NLGEOM instead of NLSTAT?
or You can use NLSTAT, LGDISP= 1 with FLLWER card. I am sharing an example model

Please try with these settings shown in image:
One more thing is that I don't think follower load will work for enforced displacements as you are trying to enforce displacement on nodes in a particular direction and at the same time follow the change in geom.
Please try that and let us know your findings.

I have used the above parameters. I am using version 13 and thus do not have track parameter. There is problem in contact as earlier. The run starts well with first detection of contact but as time progresses the contact is lost.
What do you mean by contact is lost? Does the plate component is penetrating into another component?
Can you share an image or h3d file?

BTW, I am using HW 13.0 without any patch updates.
The result is same as yours with 13.0 without updates. So the issue is with the version. Can you update the 13.0 to the latest available patch and check if that works?
