Products can be downloaded from Altair one Marketplace or Altair Connect
Altair One Marketplace
- The Altair One Marketplace is the customer center for all software product installation and documentation files.

Altair Connect
- Altair Connect, the predecessor to the Altair One Marketplace, still exists as a backup database to the Altair One Marketplace.

Once the User Logs into Altair One, they need to check the Dashboard and ensure that the license is reflected in his account. To go to Dashboard >Click on Managed License in Home page.

Trial user - Will be allowed to download certain products except the partner's products and a free trial license will be provided to them for 15 days.
**You have reached your trials Limits (In case of multiple trial license requests.)
**More than one user in your account. (Such errors occur when user is not under the right company. The user needs to be moved to the Company’s actual account or When Company doesn't have an active license)
Customer – Will be allowed to download the products that they have licenses for, other products will offer the option for a free trial.
