Inital velocity about an axis of rotation boundary condition

Hi,

I was applying an initial velocity about rotation to a model size of around 0.9 million elements. I have chosen set of GRPART assigned the components into it.

However , it is taking too much of time to apply boundary condition to these components. Is there any problem in assigning the condition or any other issue. Its already been half an hour and it is still processing.
