Example 14 - Truck with Flexible Body

Hi @George P JohnsonI was trying to use the truck FEA model available model in Example -14.(truck with flexible body), for a crash run but it seems the model is not connected properly.

I ran the model and saw that the rear suspension assembly is not intact with chassis

Kindly let me know if you have update deck file of it

Hi Gopal,

I don't see any issues related is reported for this model.

Can you please share a gif recording of the same showing the problem you can facing.

Please check the attached .gif file. You can see the rear suspension coming out during impact, I have run thew same file as in help

Hi Gopal,

I checked for this internally and as you noticed there are some modelling issues with this example file.

Most probably this will be fixed in 2018 update.
