How to make spatial Magnetization and skew it?

Quantities like cogging Torque are very sensitive to the mesh, so it is important to have regular mesh, extrusive mesh in 3D and make the step on the scenario corresponding to mesh element size in the airgap. In skewed topology this is not possible. For Motor with magnets on the rotor defined as a ring, it is possible to use the mesh technic shown previously by using skewed spatial magnetization as shown in the video below:
