I want to know about the process for replacing the license file of the same version. As we are getting messages for Hyperworks expiry, we need to replace the new license file.

Yes, as mentioned above, you can open the license file in a text editor to find the local account manager who issued the license file, you can contact him for renewal of the license, if not possible please directly contact altair local support hotline or email http://www.altairhyperworks.in/ClientCenterHWSupportProduct.aspx
