Cannot Connect to the License Server

Condition:

When trying to connect Monarch to the License Server., the error message "Cannot connect to the License Server at http://xxxx11110029:51515 this may occur for the following reasons" is displayed.

Cause:

Unknown

 

Remedy:

Restart the License Server services.

1.) Go to Windows Start menu > Administrative Tools > Services

 

2.) Locate License Service in the list.

3.) Verify the value in the Status column. If License Service is not started, right-click License Service and select Start.

 

4.) If the License Service is already started, right-click and select restart.

 

5.) Relaunch Monarch and try to connect to the License Server.
