How to convert *ELEMENT_SEATBELT keywords in LS-Dyna to Radioss format

*ELEMENT_SEATBELT_PRETENSIONER and *ELEMENT_SEATBELT_RETRACTOR LS-Dyna keywords can be converted into one Radioss Keyword: /RETRACTOR/SPRING. /RETRACTOR/SPRING contains information used to define both a pretensioner element and a retractor element.
