    Do you by chance have real time protection from antivirus? have you followed the error message in this regard?

     

    Please check the out file, you will see a section called memory estimation information etc, please make sure you have the disk space recommended in this section,

     

    Do you have the latest windows update for your machine? can you check and update and then run as well?
