How to resolve S-FRAME showing a black screen.

In this article, we will discuss what to do when S-FRAME loads with a black screen.  This is related to a corruption of the initialization file data, and is very easy to resolve.

Symptom:

This behavior will manifest itself as shown in the images below:

Open Structure Window:

S-FRAME Visual Editor Window:

Solution:

Since the menu bar is still visible, you can go to the Options menu->Colors and Fonts… and select the ‘Defaults All’ button to resolve the matter. If this step does not fix the black screen, please open a support case with our team via the Altair Community.
