Rotational velocity about an axis

How can we give negative rotational velocity about an axis?

 

can we give negative value in V_Rotation itself or we should give it in VECTOR_U_Y???

 

Kindly give your guidelines.

Please try giving negative value directly in V_ Rotation and run the analysis.
