Optimization parameters

I would like to know, is it possible to solve any simple problem, using global constraint & block aggregated approach by varing relaxation , aggregation and penalty parameters?

I would like to know , as per the q-p relaxation method, what values optistruct considers for q and p while performing optimization.

Is it possible to edit these parameters?
