License Server Instance is not Showing the Appropriate License Features

Condition: 

 

When you load a license to an instance in the License Server, there are cases when all the license features are not reflected in the instance information. 

Example of Features: 

 

 

Cause:  

License is not properly loaded, or instance has not been updated properly. 

 

Remedy:  

A workaround to this issue is to recreate the License Server Instance and reload the license.  

Note: You can export the Users List into CSV and Re-import after the instance is recreated.
