altair embed's error for the digital twin contest

I have installed Altair Embed in my system and add the contourtoXY addon . However, when I try to run the exemple of Altair logo, when I run the program Altair Embed shuts down immediately.

How can I resolve this problem?

Please make sure the .csv file in the folder is not open while running the example, does this help?
