sketchup to thea V 1.5

Hi there,

I bought thea render to sketchup a few years ago now... (version1.5.07.480.1447 x64)
I (finally) change my computer, always Sktechup 2017, but I can't get the old software Sk to Thea, and I can't find where to download it on the internet to install it on my new computer!! I have all the codes but not the software... Does anyone know where to download it? :(
