Hello,

I cannot access S-Frame after I upgraded my internet router from my Internet service provider. It gave me error code 9 & 33 feature not found.

I don't know if the change of router blocked by Altair server or my router needs to be configured to allow access of my license. Please advise.

Thanks,

Frank

    Hello,

This message indicates that your current IP is not allowed to access your Managed licences bu your administrator.

Your IP most likely changed during your router upgrade. Please get in touch with your Altair One account administrator to get your new IP authorized.

    Thanks,

    Thank you, Matthieu.

I got the the IP address updated after I posted my question last night. I used a regular user account at the beginning and had nowhere to change the IP address. I tried an administrator account and found the location to update my IP address.
