Why isn't my license activated ?

I downloaded the software in DATA(D:) because I didn't have enough space in OS(C:). 

Being a student, I have a license for the Inpire software. I downloaded it, it starts well, but the license doesn't work (when I click on Activate), although I think I followed all the Lincensing instructions.
