Edit Legend Range by Standard Scores

Overview

It often happens that a few singular values in analysis result extend the range of contour legend. In such cases you see most of the analysis result contoured in 'blue' and you can not catch the global phenomenon. This tool enables you to specify the min/max range of contour legend by Standard scores (Z-scores or T-scores), based on the basic statistical processing, and makes it possible to set the range of legend so that a certain percentage of cases always fall within the range, excluding singular values.

Usage/Installation Instructions

1. Extract the zip file

2. Create contour plots

3. Go to File->Run->Tcl/tk Script and select the file 'stdscore/bin/gui.tbc'

4. Select score type, enter min and max value by Z-score or T-score, and click 'Apply' button
