Is it possible to convert a deisgn proposal from Inspire into a tube model or tube frame?

Is it possible to convert a deisgn proposal from Inspire into a tube model or tube frame? For example, if the body of a car is topology optimized I would like to convert the resulting proposal into a tube frame, is there a function or software for this? That would be polynubs but hollow from the inside.

not a direct tool for that, as far as I know.

 

But you could build a base geometry using the polynurbs and then in the end use the partition tool in Inspire and try to extract an outer layer of your full polynurbs, and deleting the core.
