Didn't receive email to reset password

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have not received any response to the mail I had sent @ support@altair.com regarding the reset of my password I also had applied to reset the password and haven't received any email to reset it, I need to complete few courses on it and the deadline is approaching near and there is no response.

 Kindly look into the matter and reply as soon as possible!
