The pressure values provided in Acuprobe are Gauge or Absolute(Gauge+Atmospheric)

In acusolve I gave no pressure offset

    Hi,

Pressure scale was define in Flow setup before running.

    Best regards,

    James

I believe that setting 'pressure scale = Absolute' will write absolute_pressure_offset = 0.0 to the EQUATION command in the input file.

The solver is computing differences in static pressure values.

If your material properties do not depend on pressure (constant properties, for example) the value of the pressure itself within the solver is not important, only the differences are important.  So if you have an outlet with standard outflow pressure = 0, other pressures in the simulation are relative to that 0 pressure at the outflow.

If your material properties are dependent on absolute pressure (for example isentropic or ideal gas density) then you need to make sure the pressure boundary conditions are consistent with those being absolute pressures.  So with that zero pressure offset (or pressure scale = absolute in the GUI), if your outlet is standard pressure, you would want to use 101325 rather than 0.
