I am unable to access material database M-Base via your Altair Material Data Center.

It happend when you ask for new password.

License has been paid untill 2024

 

Dear Customer,

 

We are notifying you to confirm availability of your managed-AU license for AU Mechanical Engineer v2022 as well as AU Mechanical Engineer v2021 from 2023-04-20 to 2023-05-20.

 

All additional products or features (e.g., Catia V5 Reader) outside of the Altair suite are included in the provided license.

 

Altair One Customer Portal

To access the managed licenses, please create an Altair One account linked to your company’s account. Once the account is set up, your Altair One credentials (user ID and password) can be used to access your managed licenses.

 

In addition to accessing managed licenses, an Altair One account will enable you to access product downloads, Knowledge Base, product documentation, customer support, and to participate in the Community forums. These valuable resources will help you discover, learn, and grow, all while having the opportunity to network with fellow explorers.

Altair 2022 - Licensing FAQ

 

Q: How do I access my managed license?

A:  If this is the first time you are using managed licenses, please follow the steps outlined in this article, "Getting Started with Managed Altair Units" to ensure a successful start. Please note that you will need to login to Altair One before accessing this article. 

 

Q: Where do I get my license file?

A:  There is no license file with your managed Altair Units. All you need to do is authorize your machine as explained in the previous question. 

 

Q: Can I use my managed 2022 license to launch Altair applications from previous versions?

A:  Yes. Your managed 2022 license is compatible with Altair product versions 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 14.0, that are a part of the license suite. However, Altair officially supports the current and the two previous versions of our products: AU AEC Structural Engineer V2022, V2021 and V2020.
